Why should this player be punished?: He scammed me at subs storage, drove off, I chased him down and found him like 30-60 seconds later at the hospital ATM storing the money, he saw my car as I pulled up and tried to escape where I rammed him and got out armed, he backs up and pulls his gun out in direct view of me and my gun where I shoot him and end up killing him instead.

I deem he was in violation of 3.4 and 3.18

i drove off then you got your gun out and also Scamming is allowed and also i had a chance of survival which was hiding behind my car and pulling out my gun to survive. These are two different situations, the AR happened at lunch today and the clip you're referring to was just about an hour ago or so. I killed him as he failed to comply when I gunpointed him as seen in this clip

His clip shows a different perspective which leads me to believe that it's not in fact a breach of rule 3.4, as he had his gun drawn before he either saw a gun in your hand, or heard your commands. I'm not sure why you were gunpointing him to retrieve the stolen cash, when you had already killed him and finished him off over five hours earlier?

Additionally, @Policeman can you explain why you stored the cash you stole only one minute after snagging it, and in a very public and visible location that your pursuer would undoubtedly discover you at?

His clip shows a different perspective which leads me to believe that it's not in fact a breach of rule 3.4, as he had his gun drawn before he either saw a gun in your hand, or heard your commands. I'm not sure why you were gunpointing him to retrieve the stolen cash, when you had already killed him and finished him off over five hours earlier?

Additionally, @Policeman can you explain why you stored the cash you stole only one minute after snagging it, and in a very public and visible location that your pursuer would undoubtedly discover you at?

I will quote my previous post, as you hear in his own clip, he's on the phone with Niko whom he'd just scammed, which is why we were out and chasing him during this situation.

Ah yes, reviewing the logs I can see that is indeed a separate incident, my apologies.

I don't believe a breach of 3.4 occurred in that incidence though, as his POV showed no commands or aimed weapon until after he'd drawn his own weapon.

Additionally, I don't believe a breach of 3.4 occurred in the earlier incident, as he was a fair distance, and moving away at a reasonable speed well before your weapon was pointed at him, even from your own POV.

@Policeman Would you be able to provide a clip showing the incident in it's entirety, from when you took the cash at suburbs, to when you engaged in the shootout with Hoblit at Hospital?

Alternatively, or preferably, additionally, @Hoblit would you be able to provide a clip showing the same timeframe?

And i dont think its 3.18 either because i had no clue or even hint to know you will try to kill me which doesnt let me to think you will try and kill me. But if you would have entirely followed me and rammed my car or even shot at me then i would have that risk of life. But also you could have handled the situation better to ensure your freedom you could make a 911 call and say Oh i got scammed and then explain the situation to officers and dont bring up you trying to buy Coca leaves. Then the police could arrest me for 5.4 and you could provide them the evidence that you have and you could avoid an arrest Warrant for 9.5 and still be free so its quite interesting how you handled it because you could have done it with a good rp background

We will let the staff decide, I was told by other staff members the hospital situation was 3.4.
