Why should this player be punished?: They opened fire at my ambulance from a window without any prior RP when arriving at tidals for a call, i was just askin in radio if tidal was clear and they shoot me and my ambulance to peices untill i died then lied to admins in F6 about it so i had to make a report here instead.

I whitnessed what happened as i was in the parking lot watching something, the person in question just did not even speak to the medic, No warning or anything was given! (Ignore the audio, again was watching something)

I wasnt able to issue verbal commands because of the distance. Tyrone´s clip only shows when I started shooting. I kept pointing my firearm at the medic to signal him to leave the area. I then disable his car and the medic then exits his car and I shoot him and the medic shouldnt be in the area in the first place

Within 4 seconds of the paramedic pulling into the parking lot you shot at them. No clear commands were given and it is quite likely the other player didn't even see you in the window in the first place. Without active shots at the time there was also nothing actively preventing them from being in the area.

A 3 week ban will be issued. Since you have been informed in your last appeal any further violations of either rule 2.5 or 3.4 will result in a harsher punishment, the ban will be extended to 2 months
