Was on duty at the time, user also disconnected NUMEROUS times in upcoming minutes after being arrested or before police could get to them after doing stuff like assaulting people.
They assaulted the mayor, ran, tried leaving but got cuffed beforehand, and got put back in the detainment cell.

Simply looking in logs showed he disconnected several times in restraints just to reconnect immediately.
