Why should this player be punished?: We were raiding projex and then we hear a cop coming in and announcing himself (Priti Nightfall) and then they decide to counter our raid when there was literally a cop that just announced himself entering slums.

We were raiding subs 4 and then transporting guns to slums 3 and then they push from 2 and i lagged out and died

Hey, just wanted to explain what happened earlier.

We live in Slums 2, and we heard people breaking in. We thought we heard you guys breaking into slums 2. so we got scared, so we reacted. We didn’t mean to RDM or break any rules—we just thought you were about to break in. Looking back, maybe we acted too soon, but it was just panic in the moment. Im also pretty sure we killed a raider outfront oure door while he was crowbaring. but that might be from a previous situation?

After checking the Demos, here are the conclusions I have reached.

@Alexander. You wall-banged someone despite them not having any intention of breaking into your apartment. Not only that, but even when they did not fire back and it was very clear that they were not raiding you, and with cops on scene, still decided to push out and attempt to kill them. Based on your previous record, I will be issuing a ban.

@Ritualboy Similarly, you pushed out against that same group of people who had shown no hostility whatsoever towards you, which means you counter-raided with LEOs on scene. Based on your previous record, I will be issuing a ban.

Both of you made no effort of checking if the police were on-scene despite the heavy fire and the repeated text chat announcements. Also, I have noticed that you two were not the only ones doing this, so I too will have a word with the other users who broke the rules during the incident.
