Why should this player be punished?: Jake admits to raiding the PD for revenge on the cops for arresting him. After winning the invalid PD, instead of fleeing, he decided to run to City Hall, knowing we would respawn there. He then talked to us for over four minutes, risking his freedom for no good reason.
Even if the PD raid was valid, he still risked his freedom by running up to City Hall and talking to the cops, knowing he had just shot and killed LEOs. You can see from the clip that medics are sitting in front of the PD, collecting DNA.
