Why should this player be punished?: They mugged me and searched me and took all my items in a non muggable area (according to the mug map on F1 menu) which was the stair case of Slums apartment.

Hello, I don't remember gun pointing him since I only had baseball bat. I can try to explain what happened from my point of view.

me and my friends agreed to raid slums so we went there. we also suggested that one of us should bring with him zip ties. we started to check each apartment, one of my friends saw this person Archie around the fire exists and gun pointed him thinking that he could be one of the defenders flanking. he showed hands and I simply zip tied him and took his items and we left the scene.

@Sir Sofiane will receive a warning for mugging in a setting that is visible by the public. In order to mug someone the mugging should happen indoors and not in the public.
@mohanad Thompson was also involved in the mugging by taking your crowbar as you surrendered. They will also receive a warning.

5.1 Mugging​

You can mug up to 3 players per hour but you cannot mug the same player twice within that time. You must not mug someone in public view or force them out of it, or when they have a weapon out. You cannot mug when the loss of profit is imminent and you cannot mug City Employees.



You must not use CPR to revive someone only to be able to mug them.



You must not force someone to drop furniture, crafting materials, planter boxes, rare/seasonal items, or premium tokens during a mugging.​

@Perky You can make a refund request but the items will need to be retrieved from @Sir Sofiane (as well as the crowbar from @mohanad Thompson but I could also just give you that myself). Please keep these items and do not use them up or distribute them elsewhere.
