Why should this player be punished?: Player got into a pursuit at subs for reckless driving. Drove car into regals over the hill. Ditched the car and ran to City Garage to respawn it. Saw the car at intersection stopping it.

@esepen1 can you explain your actions, why did you run from the police? And why did you go to respawn your car in the middle of a chase?

Esepen has not replied to the thread and was given plenty of time to accept my steam friend request which they didn't do, as such I will continue with the AR.

Esepen will be receiving a warning for 3.4 and 3.9.
