Why should this player be punished?: 5.1 Mugging | James McKenna seems to be somewhat familiar with rules as he doesn't have a new player tag. As of the time of the mugging, he was 100% aware of the rule he was breaking with his buddy and proceeded to let it happen.

Yes, you are allowed to mug someone inside of a Slums apartment. I don't know why you believe you cannot mug in this area, the mugging was done in a realistic matter.

Regrading my friend, out of RP. He has a school trip he has to attend to, he left earlier this morning around 8 am. He told me he would be back in a day or two, and when he does come back I will let him know about the AR, there is no way for me to contact him until he is back.
