Why should this player be punished?: 4.1, 4.5 - User as Secret Service was breaking into a property instead of protecting the mayor.

When I checked my demo, I was surprised to see a Secret Service agent busy lockpicking the door of Slums 1.

The user later went on to medic and decided to run over 3 people, killing some of them in this clip. You can see the user Shiba Puppy actually reverse, then accleerate multiple times before commiting.

I was just playing medic and saw the user in this report had gunned down 3 people saying "they pulled guns on me" but there were no guns on scene, and a cop came and cleared it. When I checked the users in the reports' injuries, they only had contusion wounds. Hard to believe 3 guns would get pulled and not one bullet would land.

I have spoken to the user in-game regarding this AR, but during that time they managed to break a handful of rules prior, and afterwards, so they have been banned for 6 months for countless numbers of rulebreaks including this.

They have been banned for 4.1 and 4.5 for this sit.
