Why should this player be punished?: I was at hospital talking to 2 officers, James decided to first: Pull out a gun next to them, which they didnt see - for absolutely no reason, then after i was cuffed and a bottle was thrown at me - James thought it will be a great idea to start shooting at the random civilian in front of 2 officers (Which havent done anything btw, i feel like they should also be punished somehow but yeah)
Which breaks rule 3.4 as hes putting his life at risk over nothing ? and also 2.5 as hes shooting a random civilian for absolutely no reason
