Why should this player be punished?: The user broke 3.4 by shooting at police for no reason we were chasing them for stealing a car we then blocked them off at the beach and they pulled out a gun and started shooting us which led to an officer being shot unconscious and them trying to kill me before I ended up shooting them

For this reason, I believe they broke 3.4 and put their life at risk without a reason
