Why should this player be punished?: I had my tire slashed while parked at bazaar, after making an F6, I was given the details of who slashed the tire. I had no on-going problems with this said player and there was no justification for this. I also have a clip of them slashing two other cars tires for seemingly no reason at southgate, prior to my car. @Marcusy
