Why should this player be punished?: 2.5 - User planted a car bomb on my van for no reason, killing myself and a friend.

I do not recall having any prior interactions with this player. I parked my van at business gas station, whilst still inside the vehicle AFK a bomb was placed.

This car bomb was placed within 20 minutes after they had left their job as a Roadcrew Worker, I do not see any evidence in logs that could warrant a car bomb being placed, but I'd love to hear their side of the story.
I have added the user on Steam, and will give them 24 hours to add me back.

The user has not accepted my steam friend request, and is also banned since today.

The logs show no indication of a legitimate reason to place a car bomb on your transit van. Considering the two previous car bomb incidents they have on their record, I have extended their current ban by another month.
