This demo is taken out of context. I already counter raided before the cops showed up. I killed a raider before cops were on scene then cruised around the house and returned to finish the raid. I already began the counter raid then I got in my car so I can flank the cops. This demo doesn't show the events prior.

Why did you wait for the cops to show up? Why not just continue with the raid?

You clearly broke 3.4 here, if you wanted to counter raid this property you should've done it as soon as possible. You killed the raider, went back into your car to loiter around the area and 2 minutes later, when the officers arrived you came back and drove into them.
