Why Should This Player Be Punished: 1.4 - User threatened to 'hurt' us via. OOC if we did not give him a Beretta back. As he died with a reasonable reason - the fact that we heard bobby pins, and the door opened and we shot them. Now he's all salty about a silenced Beretta

The situation was caused by a misunderstanding, and to be honest what I am seeing is not worthy of a punishment. "Your going to get hurt" isn't exactly a comment that I would consider offensive, or alarming or causing any harm or distress. What's he going to do? Punch you through the screen. IMO this is just petty.
