Why should this player be punished?: This guy was a roadcrew (I was the other one) and he started purposely pissing me off by driving towards me and screaming (he is a kid no older than 12). At last everytime I got a vehicle to the station to impound it, as soon as i unhooked it he impounded it instead of me (so he would get the money and i wouldn't) then he would come to me and laugh like the kid he is. This happened like 3 times and i only recorded one of them. In the video you will see that at the begginning he runs towards the npc, then he hesitates because I threaten him to record him and get him banned, then he runs to get the car wheelclamped (I don't know why it wasn't, maybe he removed it?) and then he comes back and impounds it laughing at my face (I repeat, it was the third time he did it). This is not about the money, but if this is not failrp then I don't know what is.

The submitted evidence is not enough to add to it further, in fact out of context it looks like he is helping you attach the wheel clamp to properly impound it. Logs only show this player impounding this vehicle and one other vehicle on this day.
