Why should this player be punished?: Broke 3.4
My orgs apt was being raided in tidal 203. I flanked the raid killed 1 person and saw the car lurking about. I attempted to gun point them to be able to confirm if they was involved in the raid or not by checking if their gun barrel was hot or not.
They just drove away when I tried to gun point them out the car.
I did not end up losing my gun as we won the raid in the end.
This was around 00:10 on the 23rd april

Gunpoint starts when a gun is pointed at you, not words being spoken.
As you can see in this screenshot below my gun is pointed and u are not even at 5mph, just so everyone can see I got banned in a similar situation where my car was only a few mph, therefor I see this as them breaking gun point.

Uh no they have 0 correlation aside from both of these situations stemming from a car and gun point.
You were banned because you abused the car camera in order to plead ignorance. Also it would have been 3.4 if I pulled out a gun whilst under gun point not if I tried to drive away.

To further backup my claim here is a reply to a dispute that was denied of spooky pyro where they also broke gun point on me again.
“I want to make it very clear that gunpoint begins when a gun is pointed at you, not when commands are given. You saw a weapon being pointed at you, and your first response was to try and draw your weapon.”
It also says later on in the reply “Trying to make the excuse that commands were not yet issued is pushing the point at which we expect users comply to a place where enforcing 3.4 would be almost unworkable, and very unfair. This mindset suggests you are trying to find any advantage you can in a given situation instead of letting things play out as they should.”
I personally believe you knew you was under gun point and refused to comply. However I will now not reply to this unless requested be Lucius or another staff member.

Once again thats an entirely different situation.
 
After reviewing my demo I can 100% recall what happened and he did infect say something. He said "get out" and I interpreted that as "leave" because I say "get out" when i am gun pointing someone to leave, this is why during the two actual commands that were given I responded with "ok im leaving im leaving". Regardless, in the actual in game moment I had already began holding S as soon as the weapon draw animation happened. I typically play on ~230 or ~250 ping so it took a second longer for the input to register but the input was already made.

Hello, I know I said I won't reply unless requested by mods but from watching their POV I have got this screen shot of my gun pointed and their speedo still showing 0mph! Here is that screenshot below.

Again, just like explained by @exrobite in the dispute that Dom has linked, Gunpoint does indeed start as soon as a gun is pointed, not just when commands are given.

In this instance both a gun is pointed at you and a command to get out is clearly given, it doesn't really matter if you're already in motion here since your speed is incredibly slow, and you're also driving backwards, exposing your entire windshield to Dom. Being in motion only really counts if it is significant motion, or if the distance is big enough to allow said motion. Here, you are 1 meter away from Dom when you start driving while the gun is pointed at you, this is a clear violation of rule 3.4.

@Spooky Pyro you will receive a 1 week ban for breaking 3.4 in this case.

@Dom/1878 your org member has gotten your gun so I assume it had been returned to you, if it wasn't yet then feel free to contact me in a DM.
