Why should this player be punished?: the mayor decided to stick around a PD raid, then literally didnt care about me holding a gun aimed and telling him to leave the area, then after the situation i told him that telling him 6 times to leave the area should be more than enough, he decided to say "`[Government Radio] Mia Taylor: when you said such the raid ended lol if they wanted me dead i wouldve died like those 2 cops that were gunned down around" Which is a complete disregard for his own life, just because "if they wanted me dead, i would be dead" and decided not to leave.
Lemme just add that as the clip started, i just killed 2 people in PD lobby and there was still a sniper outside somewhere, meaning the mayor was still in danger and shouldve left to not break 3.4 and preserve his life

1) Why did you decide to stay in the area of an active shootout / pd raid?

2) Were you aware that there was currently an on-going PD raid?

3) Why did you not leave when initially asked on the government radio?

1) Why did you decide to stay in the area of an active shootout / pd raid?
Per my clip the raiders had the drop like instantly if they wanted me dead i wouldve been dead though i shouldve left minute that cop got dropped.

Yes (though it ended in like 1 or 2 minutes)

3) Why did you not leave when initially asked on the government radio?
Didn't see it initially before he came out and told me at a distance after which that raid was instantly done, which he told me not even a second later to leave which i did start to. to which he told me 3 or so more times all within like 6 seconds giving me no time to comply.

i dont feel i was in danger as again as i stated if the raiders wanted me dead i wouldve been dead and i wouldnt have seen it coming. i also would like to state like not even 10 seconds after i left the area the PD allowed 3 other individuals walk in and putz around with an active crime scene going on.

Examples of unreasonable risks include:

• Remaining near shootouts while unarmed/uninvolved, or with the intention of looting weapons.
  

Just cause THEY didnt want u dead, doesnt mean theres no risk of u dying by crossfire

Just cause THEY didn't want u dead, doesn't mean theres no risk of u dying by crossfire

though youre indeed correct, that raid ended in under 2 minutes probably less due to my clip only being 2:18 and seeing as there was no 3rd raider from anything i saw in my demo. and the fact all the fighting post initial was in the lobby i would say i was safe from majority of crossfire. but again i should've left the second that first officer was dropped in front of me which i admitted before.
