I got his friend and then attempted to find him. He started running. After passing the bazaar entry to the other side of the parking lot. I called out, and he continued running, failed to comply with the GP and called his buddies while doing it.

In the distance I was talking, he could clearly hear me out, but he decided to run.

2.5 is the dumbest thing i have heard. Not to mention u shooting someone who you know is unarmed lol, who is really breaking 2.5 here . You say face to face even though u gp me from behind and I could not here your commands from my pov lol.

I ran up to you the distance applied there. You could hear me out, but you decided to continue running in open space so your buddies can come up. It is clearly you calling them over the phone, but winning is always more important than comply at a time there are only 2 officers on duty.

From my POV, you can see when I get close to you, the hands are down.

i actually thought u ran into baz so i could get away if I hid there and I knew my friends were coming so i could get in their car. Either way, u dont shoot unarmed people because they don't comply u arrest them so enjoy ur IA and gl
