Why should this player be punished?: Shoot me for no reason after mugging me. i had been complying with them the whole time. I had just won a shootout and was storing guns when they came thats why thye are talking about me storing my gun

The trunk thing, you know you cant force a player ot tkae somthing out of his trunk. Also shooting somone becuse you are scared of bineg killed for it is not a vaild reason

5.2 Forced Withdrawals​

You can only force others to take money or items from ATMs, mobile banking or storages when performing a legal search as Police or taking back money or items that were stolen or scammed from you. You can also force players to pay for damages that were their fault.

When you have just mugged another player, you cannot kill them anymore. You already wasted their time by mugging them and you then kill them after, wasting more of their time. This is excessive and therefore, a rule break.
You can also not force players to withdraw items out of storages or trunks unless they have stolen items of you in the same life.
