Why should this player be punished?: Users kidnapped me over them failing to use headlights, as well as one person in the vehicle (Ismael) was armed.

The users tried claiming that they were wanted, when they in fact were not, nor did I have anything to suggest that they would of been wanted, or involved in any other high risk crimes.

Well, let me explain our situation.

We had just raided slums maybe 10 mins or less prior to this incident, im sure its in the logs.

We were driving around subs to scout for a raid and this guy decides to pull us over. Mind you, i killed 1 cop atleast and couldnt know if i were wanted or not, since i didnt insta check when driving around.

We meet this guy and he decides to try and pull us over, i respond by shooting his car and him a couple time since i thought i was wanted.

After this guy pointed out i wasnt wanted, i couldnt just let him go and let him pursue us, so we took his radio and drove him away from subs to continue our scouting.

@micbib feel free to add any additional information i may have missed

(edit: you said "The users tried claiming that they were wanted". No one other than me said that i was wanted, so idk why you put micbib in this. Also, it was me jumping out the car and gunpointing you, not micbib, so idk why micbib is even a part of this action request. You dont need to know anything about us suggesting we're wanted for what we did being ok. )

@Toby_ when you were at Slums after killing the officer, did you see any medics/sergeants nearby that'd have been able to gather DNA on you?

After reviewing some video clips provided and logs, when he killed the Officer on Shady St 5 minutes prior to you being kidnapped there were multiple Sergeants & medics nearby that'd easily be able to quickly grab DNA, it was fair for Toby to assume he'd have DNA from the killing.

@micbib only sat in the car & watched, didn't initiate anything. He did nothing wrong
