Why should this player be punished?: While being gun pointed immediately alerted people on the phone they were being gun pointed instead of instantly complying

Removing the link because someone is taking the time to harass me on medal platform. If someone needs to see it message me on here.

The way I see it is this:

At 0:05 is where I see the officer (Head turned), and at 0:06 I am given the command to exit the vehicle. At 0:10 , four SECONDS later I exit the vehicle and comply with the officer. There was no stall here, the officer was standing the only spot I could have exited (Due to the wall blocking the driver side) until about 0:07 seconds, which gives me a real time of 3 seconds to comply, which I did.

Being on the phone, and being warranted, I took the opportunity to relay a message while complying. Unlike doing so with criminals you know police won't shoot you for yelling "10 toes", which to me seems like a reasonable risk to life, if you can even call it that, given the totality of the circumstances. I took no extra steps to stall besides react slowly, I didn't take the time to pull out a phone as it was already in my hands and I was in TS.

A parallel example to this is running a red light at the intersection if "doing so will significantly increase their chance of survival." . In the 3.4 rule, risk of imprisonment and risk to life are both equal considerations and this situation traded 3 seconds for a potential jail break which is an incredibly profitable tradeoff because I was warranted for murder (Potential to lose $10,000 and 10 years of life).

Thank you for your patience. After collaboration with other members of the staff team, it has been determined that the player violated Rule 3.4 by not exiting the vehicle in a timely manner and informed people on the phone of what was happening. The offender will receive a warning applied to their record for the offense.
