Why should this player be punished:
basicly i was driving on the city bridge when this guy speeds like the fucking flash and crashes into me, i nearly died, because he drove on the wrong side of the road. so i stepped out of my car, yelled "what the fuck are you doing, you fucking almost killed me you fucking retard" The user then disconnected to avoid a roleplay situation, i go to the pd and see a very similar guy running out CH and going back as police, sure enough thats him. I ask him in LOOC what the hell he was doing and he claimed "wasn't me"


Evidence (Demo Required): now sadlyi only just got time to get to the AR, I only got a screenshot since i sadly cannot get the demo because i am on my laptop right now. I still have it but have no idea of its tick or whatever, so i have to find out tomorrow.
however i hope that the logs can proof that he disconnected shortly after i said something in org chat, think if that can be found in the logs than there's the timestamp of when he disconnected.

I feel the user broke the following rules:
- 3.4 - just risking his life for no reason
-4.1 - Breaking laws as a goverment employee
-6.5 - Disconnecting to avoid a roleplay situation/paying for damages.
the user most likely didn't time out since he instantly vanished, and never said he did in (L)OOC when i found him again

Alright, he broke 4.1 (law 12.11), 3.4, 3.22 and 6.5 to avoid paying the repair. However if he can provide a reason why he was on the wrong side of the highway, that would be great.

If what you're saying is true, then definitely a +support here. It's on the city bridge meaning there is no value on driving on the wrong side even though it's an emergency. Could've just went on the correct one instead. Don't forget the highway driving rule aswell. Rest seems pretty obvious on why he broke the rule.

A tip to find your demo quickly, look at the time of making the screenshot through steam. Once you know the time just go to your demo's on gmod and pick the demo which's time is closest to making the screenshot. (Only look before that time, not after) and that should ease finding the demo.
