As you can see from my POV, there is a lot of talking and mix up of voices and i dont hear the part where he says "get out and put your hands up" i thought it was the officer infront of me speaking only in the moment since we had conducted a big raid and it was confusing who is where and what is happening i thought the other police car was going to respond regals since i thought there was a raid there (didnt think
@lewis dad was 10, but as soon as he died i knew he was 10 for the raid), which i was going to comply under his commands as soon as i stepped out of the car if he kept the gunpoint on me but he changed his perspective to my friend
@lewis dad and broke gunpoint from me shooting him instead, which gave me a chance to whip out my rifle due to active gunshots and no direct GP acting accordingly to preserve my life.

Also, while the officer infront of me was busy killing my friend he had no direct gunpoint on me at the time i've pulled my weapon out which i've pulled out of my weapon in the heat of the moment due to no direct GP and gunshots as per 3.4
Also in the clip the officer provided and the clip i've provided i can see that they dont have direct GP on me unarmed (both officers infront and on the side, i wasnt aware of the other officer on the side tbh), i pulled out my weapon on perfect timing while no guns were pointed at me acting according to 3.4, they were busy killing

TL/DR
- I wasnt aware of the other officer, thought he was responding regals or slums and we were simply getting pulled over for 7.3, since the raid we did was fairly quite new and we had just left and was away from the raid area (The Office) and the car we were using was a dead teammates car which meant unmarked car i remember being chased that day by TFU but we switched cars so i thought we were safe, i became aware at the heat of the moment when the officer started shooting
@lewis dad that he and i were 10, at the moment the officer also had no direct GP which gave me a chance to fight back.
- I had a mix up of voices and thought the officer infront of me was speaking only (i had teamspeak on at it was pretty late at night i must've mistook the other officers voice with a civilians voice around the scene or someone from our teamspeak)
- Also from what i can see from the officers clip, both officers did not have GP at the time i've pulled out a weapon (This officer who is reporting and the other officer infront of me you can see it from my POV)
- I cannot really explain @lewid dad actions in both clips, i've just acted accordingly to the situation at the moment.
