Why should this player be punished?: Cornell bufford rammed a police officer off his parking lot for no reason at all, then proceeded to punch the officer and drove away, he did all of this without a reason. He breached 3.15 when ramming the officers car off the parking lot, and 3.4 because he endangered his freedom and his life for no real benefit.
