Why should this player be punished?: user ran me over for no reason while I was standing in the middle of a pedestrian crossing island, leaving a remark of "get out of the middle of the road" even though they had to intentionally go for me to hit me.
This happened at ~4:13
I'm opening an AR because it was very late for me and I had to get off
I had 2 tickets open from a good while ago and at the time response time was way too slow, I would've had to wait too long

Based on logs, it seems like the person who was driving the vehicle was @Perkaholic, who has not been on the forums in several months. I will attempt to reach out to them in-game and on Discord throughout the next 48 hours.

I haven't played the server in 5 months besides this past week and I'm not great at driving yet, but I was going way under the speed limit and just messed up a turn and it resulted in minimum injury to you so I'm sorry. But imo an AR is blowing it out of proportion, At no point did I intend to hit you, I just accidentally hit the sign and you (where you are deciding to have convo in the middle of a crosswalk) at a low speed. And I said get out of the road bc you are standing in the middle of a crosswalk having a conversation?

Also even in your own clip you can see Bobby Morretti doing the exact same thing I did, which is accidentally hitting the crossing sign. Not saying two wrongs make a right, but mistakes happen and people hit that sign all the time. You can see I wasn't speeding nor trying to kill you in any way. I accidentally hit you, made a comment and went on with my day.

I am going to side with Ducko here and let you know that, in fact, it was your fault and you should have been more careful. With that said, I do believe that it may have been an honest mistake on your end, and since the user did not receive any serious damage nor was too affected by your actions, I will not issue a punishment. You need to understand that if instead of making a remark pinning the incident on them (even though they were just standing on the median which is intended for pedestrians) you had just explained yourself, this Action Request most likely wouldn't have happened. You also need to understand that further reports or ARs with a similar pattern will result in a punishment for 3.15 and, potentially, 2.5, so do try to be more careful in the future.

I will close this now, no punishment will be issued.
