Why should this player be punished?: During an active bank raid, the guy ran up multiple times seemingly looking for weapons, I presume he believed cops dropped weapons when killed, as he kept scouting around the dead bodies, he got cuffed by 1 officer and the officer told him to stay out of the area and warned him not to come back. Very shortly after, I see him sneaking about around the water by the toilets, which I decided to cuff him and get him out of there, initially planned to keep him in a car, but since I couldn't get in myself and put on the childlock I let him go again, with a final warning of not coming back.
The third time he came back, we had just shot somebody rushing out, and he ran right up to the body INFRONT of the backdoor of an active bank robbery where they were still occassionally wallbanging and tried to mingegrab the Sniper which resulted in me killing him.
I apologise for the discord in the background, I'm chatting with my brother. He's not on the server, and doesn't even play Garry's mod.
