Why should this player be punished?: User was gunpointed to leave as he was most likely planning to raid us. He said he is going to wait for his friend which only proved my suspicion right. The user was warned multiple times to leave or he will be killed, he instead kept on talking and not leaving

This was the user's response on my DMs:

Hi, I made a report of this situation earlier when this because i believed he was breaking the rules but this has not been checked up on yet. I have read his action report against me and I did not have any intent on raiding or threatening him i was simply standing on the public stairwell waiting for my friend to return home as we have had some issues with them earlier. I was stood on the outdoor stairwell outside of the regals apartments because we lived upstairs and he pulled a gun out on my and demanded me to move and was trying to explain to him that the stairwell is public property as it is an apartment building but he still continued to do so. Maybe i was under the wrong impression that it is a public area but as i said i did not have any intention of doing harm to him or entering his building and should have maybe explained to him it was against the rules in LOOC chat. If he would have asked me to surrender I would have but as he was asking me to leave the public area i stayed and tried to explain to him that this was not allowed. I am very sorry if this was not allowed and a breach of gun pointing conduct but I believed and still do that being gun pointed and asked to move publicly was a breach of rules. If what I did was wrong them I'm sorry but I thought i was in the right and didn't have any harmful intent to break the server rules and hope you can understand my side of the incident.

If he believed someone was breaking the rules, he should have made an F6 and continued role-playing normally, not break the rules himself as specified by rule 2.6. The user will be issued a ban for his actions.
