I have reviewed the demo provided by Wheelchairman. Police did ask for EMS to respond but there was continuous gunfire. When the gunfire was over for approximately 30-50 seconds, Wheelchairman began reviving an officer. During the revival, gunfire broke out again. Wheelchairman charged his defibrillator one more time and attempted to revive the officer, which he was successful in.

Wheelchairman will be warned for violating rule 3.4.
