Why should this player be punished?: 3.4: The player decided to drive around an active shootout for what appears to be no valid reason. The player after being stopped is ordered to leave the area, however the player instead follows me back to the active shootout and rams my police car and their vehicle breaking 3.15. 3.4: The player then proceeds to flee from police starting a PD-wide police pursuit resulting in their arrest under law 6.9. The player saw absolutely no wrongdoing in their actions.

@XFraGGeR PLUS.GG can you explain as to why you were in the area of a shootout and ramming your vehicle into cop cars?

As i explained to him, the first time i was there i didn´t hear shots, i was looking to pick up a friend. the second time i heard but the road was unblocked, everything where i was was clear. About the ramming i just dind´t like his attitude and that one is on me, still i don´t think i broke any rules in terms of server rules, did i? i never left my character and was actuaally surprised on why he took my gun, i didnt mean to be on that situation
+ just watched his clip, and where he was shooting was not even where the supposed "active shootout" was, he saw my car, and imediatly went for it when he saw me coming from the monorail area. saying i was sus and confiscated my weapon instantly

That makes no sense because at 00:48 there were gun shots as you were driving past yet you still continued to stay within the area which would explain as to why you was gun pointed and your gun was taken. You should have just left it there and carried on with your day but instead you have chased and rammed a police car.

But is that a rule breaker on the server? honest question
I don´t understand on why bringing this situation to off character on the forums. or even making an action against me for that
i didn´t notice i went trough there at the moment you just said, my bad on that

@XFraGGeR PLUS.GG will be warned for 3.4 and 3.15.
Next time there are shots in the area ensure you leave and I would recommend staying away for at least 5 minutes, not 1 to avoid any complications or involvement. If you do not want to lose a gun, don’t carry one it’s as simple as that. Don’t get salty when a cop takes a gun that you are illegally transporting because now that you’ve fucked around, you have also found out.
