Why should this player be punished?: i was looking to raid someone not knowing there was an ongoing raid so i gathered the stuff i needed and drove to regals i then crouched up the stairs as i didn't want to alarm anyone basing there then someone on the stairs told me to put my hands up they then took my gun and stored it while telling me to put my hands up they then placed a ziptie on me and instructed me to go up to regals 2 which they was raiding they then searched me in regals

I stored his weapon cause he kept trying to break free after he was instructed not to do so which is a violation of 3.4, player also got mad the situation happened because I went to subs storage to get mags for my weapon and he pulled out a pistol and shot me in the head and took my ak. He also reported he didn’t hear any gunshots when he was living in slums 4 and we killed at least 4 people at regals.

You clearly stored it before i even attempted to break free and you said "don't do that " with no gun out

@XLil_ChemistX What was the point in gunpointing him to surrender and be ziptied and why did you take the gun? Also, Why did you force him to go upstairs?
@CapalotBlickyy Why did you mug him when you saw he had been taken inside from outside?

I had assumed that he had been gunpointed from the front door and was unaware of the prior altercation that took place at the bottom of the stairs where he was originally put into zipties.

Regardless of any potential 3.4 from OP (which would need a separate Action Request to determine), he was still mugged in public, then moved to a private area and mugged again. 2 wrongs wouldn’t make a right in this situation.

@XLil_ChemistX The reasoning behind this being accepted on you was because you:
- Took and stored OP’s gun.
- Ordered him up to the apartment.

There was no reason to kidnap him in this scenario nor are you allowed to steal the gun of someone you disarmed outside of a muggable area. Disarming him was fine (Albeit unnecessary) however taking his gun was not.

You will be warned, and you will return the MP5K to OP within a reasonable timeframe or financially compensate for it, otherwise you will receive a ban for 1.6. Make a report in game if you are both online now. Even if you no longer have that MP5K, an identical replacement will suffice.

Also, posting weird unrelated situations as counter points for an AR is borderline slander and using irrelevant information to undermine the narrative of a report against yourself is not really cool, and doesn’t really emphasise your point rather than potentially giving a hint that you did this in game due to personal spite towards the player outside of the context of RP.

@CapalotBlickyy I understand your perspective of the situation however you have still mugged someone under circumstances beyond what the rules entails. Rather than punish you straight away, You will be added to a PM with OP to ensure everything you took from them is returned. Failing to do so within a reasonable time frame will result in a ban for 1.6 and 5.1.
