Why should this player be punished?: 3.4 - Countered an on-going raid whilst police were on scene, they spotted police at the top of projex, moved over to Scrapy Joe's, killed a raider who was next to 2 EMS, initiating a counter-raid whilst cops were still on scene, and arriving on scene.

They were lingering around, watching us beforehand when cops were on scene, didnt do anything, then they move to the off-ramp going to projex, see police in a crown vic at the top of projex, then they get shot at once for going into an active shootout area, they then decide to shoot one of the raiders after just spotting police on scene, whilst the person they shoot is next to 2 EMS, all this when police are still on scene, the brute also arrived on scene within seconds of us killing the other police officer(s) at the top of projex.
