Why should this player be punished?: The player has no way of recognizing who I am I have taken off face coverings I have changed appearance facial / voice recognition is bull shit as there is no way of identifying that he just comes and mag dumps me and someone else without any RP. You can see I'm just sat in the corner chilling without doing any mischievous activities he comes over and pops me and some other dudes.

I had a conversation with you before you ran off to the corner (it will be in the second clip) and your voice was pretty much identical. And now with your full face visible it's easy for me to connect the 50+% I saw prior to being revived by medics when you put me into a downed state.
I believe your kos was invalid as I'm unaware anywhere it states you can kill a person because an org member did something to you.
The only interaction I had with you all day was me being falsely identified as Lennon Wilkins (who can corroborate me being at the shop. All day.) And momentarily cuffed by officer Aaron Smith before officer Yarislov vouched I had been in my store all day.
That is not personally begrudging to you. Nor does it cause you signifant financial loss by being the victim of false identification.
I have numerous individuals who can confirm the only times I came out of my shop was to go sell drugs. Didn't see you then. I walked out to see Aaron since he's my mate and I got cuffed. That was not negative. Then you came to my store and called me out front and beat me to a downed state and I was revived.

I believe I had enough identification from face and voice to kos you.
And that your initial killing was RDM.

I will be uploading my second clip of me shooting you after talking to you to show I had enough to ID you both (your friend had zero outfit change) and to have a valid kill in about 7 to 8 hrs when I am off work

maybe we can get a few drinks in game i can give you a little something and we can talk the ic beef like men also that guy who isn’t my friend some guy who i just met a few hours ago said you did shit to him and he told me stuff leading me to believe you was KOS worthy
