Why Should This Player Be Punishedid not follow gunpoint rule and broke 3.4 by driving away while i had him gunpointed.

Well he wasnt gun pointed he was driving backward while you were aiming at him, not like he drove off under gunpoint. Now your reason falls out of subject.

If you are already driving off how does this apply?

Seriously your logic states that you can point a gun at any car in motion and think that they will suddenly stop. The driver would be fearing for his life and since he is already driving stopping would probably break this rule because he has a good chance to excape already.

Youseff hasn't done anything wrong. He pulled up to see someone was pointing a gun towards him, he had a fair amount of distance between you and him and had an advantage because he was in a car which was already moving. After realising you were catching up quickly and noticing he had a firearm on his back, which was a lot more powerful than yours he got out and shot you, which then ended the problem. It just sounds like you're angry about getting killed here.

From the point of views of both players i believe that this is false the reasons are as followed

• The user in the vehicle reversed a distance away from you making it hard for you to shoot him.
• The gun was actully not pointed at the user but his vehicle.

The user did not break 3.4 as i believe he was at a safe distance when he reversed away from the user to be able to drive away before you could shoot him or even keep your gun on him -Support.
