I'd been ramming things all night because of the new update fyi. Models are strung everywhere and it's impossible to see where the car is exactly.

Also, my friend had taken somebody at hostage at Bazaar using my car only a few minutes before which another officer had witnessed. I'm not going to pull over for a "ticket" when my car was just associated with a hostage situation.

But it is possible to know that you're going full speed into another car. If you want to play that card you can dispute the ban you shall receive with hard evidence that the collision was not intentional.
