Why should this player be punished?: User ran away whilst under direct gunpoint infront of PD into PD in an attempt to raid it for some reason.

This action request is made regarding the user failing to comply and risking his life. I am not fully sure why the user attempted to raid PD, maybe this could be looked into if possible too.

The user attempted to sneak into the PD through the back door. After failing to do so, I attempted to detain him but he was not complying so I attempted to gunpoint him and yet he still didn't comply and kept running away. After an officer went on duty and opened the front desk door of PD, he rushed inside and pulled a gun out (which I wasn't aware of), I ran after him with a nightstick in an attempt to stop him but I started beating him before I even noticed the gun.

Clearly violated 3.4, although the user is already banned for 1 year due to other incidents. A warning will be added instead with a long ban awaiting if he breaks 3.4 again once he returns.
