Suggestion Title: Add a "Notes" Section to DNA
Suggestion Description: Add a "notes" section to DNA, so you can mark information on specific DNA such as "Self defense" etc. This way we don't have to make a separate remark. Another idea would be add a drop down box where DNA can be marked as self defense. This should only be available to either Senior Officer + or Corporal +.

Why should this be added?:
- Cleaner
- More efficient

What negatives could this have?:
- No noted negatives

What problem would this suggestion solve?: People getting arrested for self defense, and general better communication with the police force and suspects.

Seems as though this is aimed at people not noticing DNA is no longer valid and issuing false arrests etc,
Do you think that simply allowing DNA to be archived, like warrants, will achieve this goal?
