Description of the idea: Add the ability to disable the announcements in chat using the F1 Settings tab.
Why should this be added? (pros):
- No more announcements for players who know how the mechanics work and are in the discord or tired of seeing them
- Cleaner chat (if ooc doesnt get spammed)
