Server Suggestion Add functionality to the water coolers

Description of the idea: Add functionality to the water coolers such as being able to drink from them like you would a water bottle to increase your stamina however have some cooldown to this.

Why should this be added? (pros): A cool little addition that just adds a little interaction between the player and the map

What negatives could this have? (cons): None really, with the cooldown this can't be abused in a way that wouldn't be realistic

Most if not all water coolers are untouchable via code so to speak. This means we would have to have a list of positions where water coolers are, and that is not an optimal way of doing it.
