Topic: Adding effect to blade weapons



Short explanation (in notes):
- Adding disarming chance for blade weapons
- Drasticly lower accuracy of player who had been stabbed/cut

Detailed description (why should it become added/...):
It's pretty unrealistic when someone charges at you with knife or machete and you are still able to shoot him down from zero distance. Good luck doing that with rifles and other bigger weapons.
Unarmed combat level could have decreasing/increasing effect on chance for disarming. (depending if you are attacking or being attacked of course)
Similar could go to blunt weapons but with higher chance.

This would ruin the balance between the weapons as people would buy machetes/knives and go yolo to the player with the rifle so they could easily kill him breaking 3.4. Also as there is no feature where you walk/run slower when you are getting shot (like csgo for example) people would break 3.3 as well and it really would not be realistic and fair.

NOTE: The machete is OP enough as 2 quick stabs in the back can kill a person. I am unsure about the knife though.
 
Well, breaking rules is breaking rules and that's what for /report function is. Still staff can't help all the time. If there was also slow down effect it could be balanced for both partys. Slower turning speed like when you are sprinting could also be implemented, but that would greatly increase difficulty of firefights to almost first shot wins, and that means people with higher latency are instantly out of game.
