Server Suggestion Additions to fishing

Description of the idea:
Addition of new marine life like Baby Whales, Baby Sharks, Baby Dolphins which would be illegal to catch, and can only be caught in the sea (beach or docks) In order for this to be possible there needs to be a new law added regarding fishing, which specifies what kind of marine life can be caught and what not. If a fisherman happens to catch one of the marine life listed they are required to return it in the water as soon as possible.

Furthermore those types of marine life can not be sold at an NPC, but at a special black market NPC.


Why should this be added? (pros):

• More opportunities for interaction between the criminal world and the fishers (It doesn't lock people who fish in to one thing in order to make money)

What negatives could this have? (cons): [

• may take long to get added

I see the possibility of this solely for sharks however due to the random nature of acquiring items through fishing people will essentially be forced into crime or just leave a floating carcass in the water.
