Why Should This Player Be Punished:

The user decided, after yelling: 'Allahu akbar!' to drive into a set of police officers / vehicles on the other side of the road, who only just stopped a vehicle that was fleeing. Because of this, the user was gunpointed to step out the vehicle. He however drove off which got him his tyres shot, after attempting to run me over.
