Suggestion Title: Allow Hi-Vis and standard uniform to be changed in the car
Suggestion Description: Currently, you can only change between these when you're not in a car. There is also an animation lock between this, meaning that often times, you are having to do this animation lock whilst you are out on the road. It would simply be more convenient to be able to switch between the two in the safety of your car, as well as saving you time after leaving a scene that has been cleared.
My suggestion is for this to be allowed when you're the passenger of the car, more so than the driver.
Why should this be added?:
- Is a safer alternative to standing on the road to switch between the two
- Can save some time between responding to the next situation
- QOL
What negatives could this have?:
- Might be complicated to implement?????
