ALT+E For picking up item's not working

My ALT+E Bind for picking up props and stuff does not work. I have tried to unbind everything, still doen't work? Does any1 know a fix for this? ty!

Try typing bind ALT " +walk " in console.

Also if the above tip doesn’t work, reset all your key binds to defaults.
