Suggestion Title: Amongus style mayoral tasks
Suggestion Description: Give the mayor tasks to do that take him around the map (or maybe just the city.) These can be beneficial for the mayor, earning them kickbacks, or being paid to speak at an event or manage city funds / meet the homeless or whatever flavour you want.
Why should this be added?:
- Gives the mayor something to do.
- Can balance it to be more advantageous at higher tax brackets but more risky.
- Stops the mayor hiding out somewhere around the map when taxes are high
What negatives could this have?:
- If done wrong it could disincentivise high tax mayors to the point where the objectively optimal strategy is to just sit at 1% and do your amongus style tasks
What problem would this suggestion solve?: Mayor is very very boring
