Running a sweater over with a bat? heard of a tazer or baton?

I ran over the sweater due to the immediate situation at hand. The SS stood there clueless and did nothing so I decided to run him over and then we arrested him later on. For 9.2. I already heard the mayor being hit so i decided to run him over in order to preserve the Mayor's life. I know people have different views on this but i feel it might of been a little excessive but it was still in the moment.
