Why Should This Player Be Punished: 3.4, 2.1-Scammed a bidder in his casino for 180k (bidder bid 90k and rolled 8 (under 40) and won) in front of about 5 cops, running off and storing the money immediately before getting in his car, almost running me over, failing to comply under gp.

P.S: I'm making this not because I'm salty or anything, I'm making this because i feel bad for the guy that lost 180k (or whatever he bit) and get it refunded.

Ok this has happend to me tons of times when there has been cops right next to me. And when you gunpointed me i didnt see your gun i was looking the other way.

that was the only part of your gun i could see (realized know when i looked at my demo) its quite hard to spot

And i would still get cops after me.

If i staff belives that this is against the rules im more than willing to give him his 180K (and if also ermak and the guy i attemted to scam agree)
