Basically I respawned and I got shot by a berta, I asked the lads and they seemed alright so let it slide and walked off to be shot again. It was pretty obvious it was them however to get his name I had to use some cheeky methods I am not hacking.

Its clear he was just doing it to annoy you, considering he shot you then put his gun away again, so therefore he will be punished for his actions.
