Why Should This Player Be Punished: User killed my friend for messing up the display on the front of his bazaar shop (when it wasn't even him btw), then when I gunpointed him and told him to get on the ground for killing my friend he backed into his bazaar shop and pulled out a gun resulting in his death

He could have easily just threatened your friend to stop or call the police rather than shoot him, so I personally would deem that as a breakage of 2.5. Adding onto that, if he had tried to get behind the concrete barrier, as in crouching, then it would be within the rules, however he didn't even crouch and pulled the gun with you still gun pointing him, therefore a breakage of 3.4.

Brayden will be punished for his actions.
