Why Should This Player Be Punished: Cheating, maybe it falls under 2.3 which still applies on the queue server. We were only 3 players on the queue server as the PERP server was down, so I was just playing against this guy who at first just thought had a very OP gun and very good aim, but then I noticed he managed to kill me without even looking at me (0:38) and more stuff on the video that seems very fishy, like knowing my position almost every time and being able to shoot me down with perfect aim at extremely long distances while I'm moving, and trust me, I'm not one to yell "HACKER" when someone is way better than me, this is just beyond it.
If he can do this while on the queue server, he might be able to do it on the normal server too.
